Miller Then Spent 13 Years As Executive Chef At Stokes Adobe in Monterey, Then for Nine Years As Executive Chef At Mundaka in Carmel Before It Transitioned Into A Mexican Seafood Place. Miller’s Creative Style Draws From A Number of Influences, Including Italian From His Stint With Chiarello, Spanish From His Years At Mundaka and From Pawlcyn, the Use of Local Sustainable Meats, Seafood and Produce. and he Will Definitely Be Incorporating the Brewery’s Beers Into His Dishes, Including Such Touches As Steamed Beer Gastrique and Ipa Mustard.
